Updated. We went in again!!! Food was delicious and hot! Our server did an amazing job. Just goes to show always give a place a second chance. Food was very good. Took a long time to come out though. Our waiter did a decent job.
Burger was cooked pink instead of well done, service was okay, the rest was pretty good except for having to wait on the last dish for awhile after they forgot it. Update: the last time I was there it was excellent the food and the service so I will be returning
Our server was super friendly, but it took forever to get our food and food refills on all you can eat. Our beverages also went dry. The food was really good, the riblets were really meaty -but the fries were a bit cold. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant -but the floors were EXTREMELY slippery -not wet, but some kind of wax.
Went in tonight with my Family of 7 we wanted to sit comfortably in a booth because we had an infant in a car seat and a toddler. And they wouldn’t accommodate us because the “ section “ was closed but yet there was people sitting right next to the big booth we wanted. They should be able to accommodate and make their guests feel Comfortable while sitting down to eat. I ordered pasta it came with a hard bread stick and my plate was dirty. Husband ordered the 4 cheese Mac and cheese pasta it came with no bacon like the description said it did and no parsley also like it said. Sister in law food came out incorrect. The manager got sent over and could care less. I will say our server Adam was amazing and trying his absolute best it wasn’t his fault at all. He was amazing
This is our first time back to Applebee's in more than 3 years. This visit was much better than they were in the past. The food was good The service was good. Our waiter was very efficient and attentive to our needs A big plus was...the silverware was clean.
