We normally enjoy eating at Bob Evans at the Colony, and rate the experience a five; except yesterday a man was allowed to bring his non-service dog into the eating area of the restaurant. To make matters worse, two employees, a waitress and the seating hostess; both chose to pet it, seemingly endorsing it's presence. Afterwards, neither washed their hands, and both continued serving meals.

I went to the Bob Evans at Colony in The Village's at 11 am today. We waited 30 minutes for a table. Obviously, there was not enough help because there were lots of tables open and only myself and one other couple were waiting. No problem, we waited patiently. We were finally seated, 10 more minutes went by until a server came by and said it would be 30 to 40 minutes for our food because they had no help. We left and went to Dunkin donuts. Sad.

They weren’t busy but the eggs were not cooked to order. The hash browns were raw…even after sent back, came back raw. Bacon was good. Service was good. They need a better cook.

We entered into a mostly empty restaurant. The hostess was checking other diners out so, she was too busy to seat us. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. The food itself is good and freshly made, with a very varied menu.
