Wow. Just wow. Never have I ever been to a more disappointing chic fil a. They had been open for an hour and could not manage more than one order at a time. My parents were in the car in front of us and it took at least 10 minutes after they pulled forward for them to even acknowledge that we were there. We get to the window and there are like 5 employees standing around stretching and talking about their wild night. THEN I get my order and open it to find that my bread was burnt to carbon. I opened it as we hit the road and we didn’t have time to turn around and let an entire restaurant of employees with absolutely no customers before or after us waiting to place an order fix my meal that never should have been bagged up. I have been very disappointed with multiple chic fil a establishments lately but this one takes the cake. Unprofessional employees and BAD food packaged. I have worked in multiple restaurants and I have made mistakes and let something burn but you don’t put it in the bag. You don’t put the ingredients on that bread. You toast it again. Again- WOW. Such impressive disregard by an entire crew of employees. Photos included trying to eat around the carbon bread. Had to throw it away. Final edit- got to choke down the stalest tater tot’s I have EVER HAD! How do you have stale cold tater tot’s 1 hour into opening with NO ONE THERE TO SERVE?! I can’t wait to hear the owner respond and explain this ridiculous excuse for service and what they call food.
👍👍Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. First time at this location. They were very busy. I went inside for service I had a chicken sandwich. My wife had the deluxe. The food was good. Service was good. We enjoyed the lunch. We shall return.
They remodeled. We had a wonderful lunch. Really nice inside. Even as busy as they were we were very comfortable.
Always good quality food at reasonable price. This location just totally renovated a few months ago. They did a beautiful job
The phone app wouldn’t process the order so I went inside to order 7 lunches for my department in city hall. The order came out and an assistant manager started taking the bags and putting them in a large bag. I said I wanted to make sure everything was there and he said I didn’t have to they double checked the order and it was all there. I know better but I was in a hurry and he seemed confident so I left. Of course when I got back to city hall one order was missing. I call and request to have it delivered and of course they will not. So I go back, just over 20 minute drive, and request a free cookie for each order. The assistant manager said 1 cookie is the best he could do. I asked to speak to a manager but she ran to the back when she heard me….I simply told the assistant manager “you suck!” All he did was apologize. 1 cookie and an apology is all you will get for 45 minutes of your time for 7 lunches. I know they could care less but I’ll never be back
