What I loved about this place was the freshness of the produce that comes with the burgers. Tomatoes, thick sliced, crisp lettuce, crisp onion slices. It really made the burger and you don't see that very often in fast food. First time here, so I was impressed. The custard shakes are good too! Edit** I went back and tried their fish sandwich. You can never find a good one anywhere. This sandwich was the bomb! It was bigger than I thought and so filling! The large piece of fish on the bun came hot and crispy. I ordered it with a side of cheese curds. Honestly, it was too much food. I couldn't finish the side. I was more focused on the fish sandwich lol. I got there during the lunch rush, but my food came out quick. I bumped up my rating 😀 Great job Culver's!
We've eaten many times at Culver's and always satisfied with the price, quality & serving sizes. Today (10/10/23) we did a take-out order consisting of a salad (hers) and fish & chips (mine). I was surprised & disappointed to find a "tiny portion" of french fries (exactly 22 pieces; about 1/2 are very small) with 2 pieces of fish.
From out of town and our 1st time at this Culver's. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, we did not save the receipt. It was Thurs Nov 17 around 2:30. Not crowded, we had a girl that got the order wrong. I think she didn't hear us and punched in the wrong items. We should have had 2 Deluxe Butter Burgers w/o cheese. Instead, we got 1 deluxe with cheese and the other burger was missing lettuce and tomato. We did not have time to tell anyone. Also, my burger seemed small to me. I have never noticed that when I get the same thing at our Culver's. Just seemed lost in the bun.
Grant deserves a raise. Brought my food out to me with a smile and great attitude. He made sure everything was correct with my order. He takes his job very serious which is rare these days.
It's not always perfect ...on this last visit though it was. Double butter burger and onion rings were awesome. This place compares really well for price with the fast-food joints for burgers. I feel like I have gotten what it's worth for sure.
