Time to make the donuts! Brought my mom in for coffee and a donut. They had no Boston cream, no jelly, and very few of anything else. Only one type of munchkin. A few new unfamiliar flavors. It's a donut place. It's time to make the donuts.
This location seems to always give out old food. My hash browns were soggy and my mini stuffed bagels were stale and hard. I ordered an iced coffee but i could obviously tell that I had been given hot coffee out of a pot and all of my ice was melted, not to mention I wasn’t handed a receipt and the lady at the window never told me my total. I have been to this location multiple times, and every time I try to give it another chance, the experience is always horrible. The way the staff talk to people in the drive thru while you’re ordering your food is very disrespectful. I don’t recommend going to this location and I will spread the word to friends and family. I am very disappointed and will not be back.
My husband and I had just the best experience at Dunkin here in Lady Lake! Absolutely love Nova, Jimella, Corey they have great customer service, personalities made us feel so welcoming! Thank you all so much for turning our morning around!
Place looks ok, but I always get not the best service at this place either drive thru or inside . I'm sorry but I take long breaks , like months to come back to this place hoping for a change . They don't seem to care and just make their drinks with no love . Last year that made me take a very long break was that my hot drink was cold and my matcha was with expresso .... why . I do hope the best for this place .
The employee who took my order at the drive-thru was pleasant, but it was all downhill once I pulled to the window. (1) I was informed the scanner for rewards/payment was not working. (2) I was THEN told they were out of a food item I ordered, so we arranged a substitution for my sandwich. (3) I was handed my drink order, it was missing the toppings and the syrup was puddled at the bottom, but I was in a hurry so I didn’t make a fuss. They asked me to pull forward and my food would be out shortly. (4) I realized after driving away that my sandwich was wrong and I was missing the donut I ordered. Overall a disappointing experience.
