If I could vote 0 starts i would. First the guy taking our order is completely incompetent and had to repeat it 4 different ways and 4 different times. Then they forgot 3 of our bakery items. So my mother went to ask for them and the manager was the rudest thing. Everything we asked for was as if we were complicating their job as if that's not what were they're working for.. customer satisfaction. Ridiculous. Definitely will not be coming back to this Panera. And I hate to do it and be a Karen but corporate will be called.
By far, the worst Panera I've been at, in a while. It was crowded to capacity, during a pandemic. The cashiers were not friendly. But, worst of all, the soups, (which are usually great) were pitiful. The Autumn Squash was chunky, (not in a good way) with hard pieces, and the "homestyle" chicken noodle, was mostly just broth. Buying a bowl of soup here, will cost you over 6 bucks. Does this look like it's worth over $6? I usually have a great experience at Panera. I don't come to this location often, so it won't be missed, when I stop coming here.
Just had the $5.99 lunch duo. Half a sandwich and soup with bread and a pickle. Great deal and was excellent
Terrible service and terrible food. I ordered curbside and was ignored. I went into the store, where I was ignored some more. I went to the cashier to ask where my order was. "Over there somewhere", I was told with little confidence. I took the bag with my name on it. When I got it home, the sandwich was soggy, rubbery bacon, and there were no croutons for the bad tasting Caesar salad.
I'm a tad bit disappointed. I saw the large sign about their flat breads, so I ordered one. I was recommended the Margarita. I wasn't excepting cherry tomatoes, and they didn't put any basil. Also seems they were out and trying to substitute cilantro. I don't think I'd like that, but I wish they would've let me know before I ordered it. The salad was all good too til I bit into root. I don't know if that's how Panera usually makes their greens and it's a waste lot policy. Just not something I can chew and swallow. Never bit into something like that before.
