Came in for breakfast at the same time as everyone else in the area, or it could be the coupon on Wednesday's, if you're a member of their club, it's buy one get one. Everyone likes to save money, so waiting a bit is worth it. Poor waitress was doing best she could, so order was slightly off but corrected in short order. The food was good and filling. We didn't leave hungry.
It wasn't so busy when we got there. But by 10 a.m., there was a wait time. Parking was easy to find when we got there, but upon leaving was another story. The food was good. Choices of muffins was not great but it may of just been the time of day.
My mom and I have been coming here for years. That's because the food is great but what really makes it for us are the employees. We have never had a bad server, hostess or cashier. Jody was our server today. She was attentive to our requests and made sure we we satisfied. I can not say enough wonderful things about this location and the amazing people that work here.
Worst service ever! Walked in at about 1 PM. Not busy in the restaurant at all. Saw 3 waitresses, one about 4 ft from me. Not one acknowledged my presence. A nod or a smile or a "be right with you" would have sufficed. Nothing. I waited. An older couple walked in behind me. They waited. No one acknowledged any of us. We stood there nearly 15 minutes. I looked over my shoulder at the couple and asked, "Can you see me?" They nodded and the woman agreed that she was feeling invisible too. Finally a manager in a blue long-sleeved shirt came out of the kitchen. He was on his phone. He pointed and said someone would be right with us. It was another 2-3 minutes before someone asked if we wanted a table for three. I was seated separately and the waitress was friendly and efficient. Food OK, not great. I went to the counter to pay but no one was there. I waited again. A full 7 minutes. Out of desperation I left the cash and the ticket in front of the register drawer. As I walked to my car I passed the same blue-clad manager, outside, again on his phone, explaining to someone that the kitchen was backed up but no one told him that customers were unhappy. Saying that he had had to comp a meal and that about 8 people in one party was going to leave a bad review and that they knew his name. I wish I knew his name. Lousy management for sure. I won't be back.
Walked into the restaurant today, for lunch. Restaurant was over half empty. We gave our name to be seated and were handed a pager and was told it'll be about a ten minute wait. While waiting several other parties arrived after us and were seated right away. After twenty five minutes we placed the pager on the podium and went to another restaurant where the customer service was outstanding. As a result of the lousy service at this restaurant we'll never again return and would recommend that others also not support the restaurant.
