I really can't understand why I just sat in the drive through for 30 freaking minutes behind like 10 cars to be told they are closed when I get to the drive through. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. IT SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 1 AM NOT 11:30. At the very very minimum you could shut your lights off. Customer service is a completely foreign concept these days.
The food was "fast food" it is what it is. But I want to say how outstanding the young man, Justin was behind the counter. It was 8:15 on a Wednesday night and the lobby and drive thru were busy and the counter cashier was on break. He was so kind and polite reassuring everyone that their orders would be right out. As we were leaving he said "have a great night and hope to see you again, but if I don't then have a great life". I was so touched. What a wonderful employee and human being he is. Thank you!
The guys I think he is a shift lead his name is jay , from the time I walked in to the time I left he was staring at me , he was extremely rude and front what i have heard from friends he was rude to them to.
This place deserves a 0. This is by far the worst customer service ever. The girl that took my order sounded like she didn't want to be there. Then after I placed my order, I wait 20 minutes to get my food. (Food was cold). The girl at the window was fussing at her coworker and that's was just unprofessional. I will never return to this wendy's ever again
