Wendys of The Villages. Easily seen from the street, also has drive through. No hours posted that I could see. Typical Wendy's with their standard menu. This restaurant has handicap accessible entrance, parking and restrooms. We found it clean and well attended. As we ordered I noticed the kitchen staff checking all the food temperatures and equipment. So it is nice to see that a regular kitchen schedule was being done by their food service employees. The wait was not long for our order to be taken or our food to be given. Our food came out hot, both chili and chicken nuggets. The hamburger was correctly made to order. A pleasant fast food experience.
Came here with the hubby, practically starving after being at the hospital all day. Service was good, environment looked clean, I was impressed with the chicken nuggets, better than McDonald's anyday. It was really hot outside and the air felt great. Overall I felt they deserved props.
They have this annoying habit of putting half your food on the tray, and it starts getting cold. Two minutes later, the rest of the food shows up, hot and fresh!! Why can't it all be hot and fresh at the same time?!?! Seriously?! I will say the management heard me, and tossed it all and got everything hot at once for me. Imagine!! Then, some old bat of a Karen has the nerve to mutter about "some people always complain "...yeah, I do! I work hard for what I earn and don't want to throw it away on cold inedible food. She wasn't paying for me, so none of her concern. We've tried 3 times to eat here and this is the last. I don't understand why all the food can't be hot and fresh together....
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONG TIME. I Went Through the Drive Through And Pulled Up To Make Sure We Had Everything, (They Weren’t Busy) I Ordered Chili Instead Of Fries And I Didn’t Get A Spoon, Sour Cream Or Chili Sauce!! So I Went In To Get It, I Was Rudely Pointed Towards The Spoons By A Elder Lady Behind The Counter So I Grabbed A Spoon Cool Right?! WRONG .. I Asked For The Sour Cream & Chili Sauce. She Caught A Larger Attitude With Me And Asked If I Ordered It Like That Because It Doesn’t Come With It Automatically.. After The Terrible Experience I Didn’t Get Enough Straws Nor Did I Get All My Food What A Terrible Experience YOU SUCK! Elder Lady’s Name Is (Fran) Drove 20 Minutes Back To Get The Rest Of My Daughters Food! WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I COME IN. ONTACT WITH KNOWS HOW TERRIBLE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS.
